when can I expect a reply ?
A: We aim to respond to your e-mail within
24 hours. Quite often, we respond within just a few hours. Bear in mind
international time
differences. Also we deal with many enquiries. Help us to respond
quickly by enclosing previous e-mail correspondence. Always quote your
booking number that we give you on your first contact via E Mail.
We respond to ALL e mails If you have not heard from us, do check
whether you supplied your e-mail address for reply. From time to time, e
mails are returned to us as undelivered for a number of reasons and we
cannot get our reply to you. If in doubt, give us a call.
For late bookings (ie less than 48 hours prior to departure) its
advisable to telephone us to ensure availability.
